FAQ

  • Why peer learning?

Peer learning focuses on understanding, rather than trying to solve, a problem. This allows space for leaders to share knowledge and experiences, experience support and respect, and find community.

  • How does it work?

Apply to be in the Nonprofit Leadership Circle, and you'll be placed in a group with your peers for 8 virtual sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The next session will launch in Spring 2023. Examples of topics we may explore include: succession planning, burnout and self care, human resources challenges, and board dynamics.

  • What does pre-sale mean?

If we don't meet minimum enrollment for the Nonprofit Leaders Circle, we will contact you for options.
